Sizing is mostly based on feet. If it's comfortable under your feet when riding, it's a good size for you.
When choosing a deck size, don't just think about the rider's size, but also the type of riding.
As a general rule, wider decks are good for vert riding (ramps, pools) and cruising because they're more stable. They're also good for bigger riders.
Narrower decks are good for street tricks like kickflips because they're more responsive. They're also best for smaller riders.
Deck Width: | 7.45" & Under | 7.5" - 8.0" | 8.0" - 8.25" | 8.25" & Up |
Recommended Style: | All around riding for kids 14 & under | Street & Technical tricks | Pools, Ramps, Parks, & All Around | Vert, Pools, & Cruising |

Customer Reviews
Best deck I have ever tried!
I bought this deck after seeing Andys review on it and was expecting it to be like every other old deck. When I rode it I was completely wrong, I noticed the deck was awfully light and strong because of the first ply being carbon fiber(I think). Nextly the whole "keep the deck rounded" thing that Andy was talking about was kinda meh, it works like every deck ever, so I don't really care but I was really expecting it to not split across the plys, and it just acts like a normal board thats not a flight deck. Where this deck shines is flip tricks and scoop tricks. The more rectangular shape helps your foot catch the corner and makes flips tricks better, well atleast for me. For pop shuvits specifically, I don't notice a difference in strength needed to get the shuv going so Andy was kinda wrong. Though again the rectangular tail helps with pop shuvits because you rarely get a pressure flips so it makes it so much easier. Good job Andy 10/10 highly recommend!
