Loaded fun all day!
Josh elliott on 09/13/12I got the vanni(loaded vanguard) in July. I've been shredding it up north. I have Paris 180s and fat free otangs. I love my board more then the new halo and my xbox combined! I say it's only 4 stars because I havE a lot of trouble jut trying to make it shuv it. Downside, no tail.
mean
Ahole on 09/13/12love mine i got the 38inch with 52* randal and 70s flashback.only downside for me is the grip, but can easily be replaced
Great board
Anonymous on 09/13/122 of my friends have this board and it's awesome. Fantastic for downhill riding. The new design looks sick also.
This is THE board
Ben on 09/13/12A lot of guys say this is a speed board, however that is incorrect. While a skilled rider should be able to handle this board at fairly high speed, if you are getting it at a proper flex, it will start to actually flex at higher speeds, and it does tend to go a bit crazy on ditches. It is silly to get this board stiff, as the real ability lies in it;s synergistic bending which actually increases the trucks turn radius as it flexes. This board paired with Paris trucks is possibly the best board I have ever used. This board has also given me more injuries than any board I own, because it is a pissy little thing, and tends to slide VERY easily if you pump it with harder wheels. The comment on the 78a is true, Don't use them, they will not hold right, and you will fly. The 81a seems to grip to everything just fine with these boards, probably because of the lessened stress that the flex puts on the wheels. Lastly, after a year, the grip can be easily removed from this board by rubbing old grip tape or sandpaper against it, then it is easy to re-grip, because the stock grip does wear.
amazing
shred the gnar on 09/13/12i got this board used from my friend and it was beat up but is still the best board i have ever owned i bomb small hills and parking garages and all my friends are jealous cuz im having so much fun and their getting bored
Awesome longboard!
trevan on 09/13/12I had a sector nine pintail but then i decided i wanted to learn how to slide and i also wanted to carve hard. This board is Amazing! Thanks Daddies! I love my vanguard want to carve and do some sliding? Buy this board!
Worth the money
Anonymous on 09/13/12I love this board! I told my friends about it and they all got the vanguards too. I highly recommend this board
such a sick board
Anonymous on 09/13/12The Vanguard is a seriously insane board. It can do pretty much anything, except the flex makes for a tricky ride at 45+ mph. I use mine mostly for sliding and garage riding, or just pumping around town and cross-stepping. The flex is very responsive and paired with some stiff bushings you can make a very good pumper out of this board. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a very active ride.
Great Board I love It
Matt on 09/13/12This board is excellent on carving sliding and pretty much anything but downhill gets a little harder because of speed wobbles But its not that bad just tighten up the bushings a little. This board is definitly worth the money I got six of my friends to get this board. But in like a year or so the grip on the board wears off since its sprayed on you will need to sand it of untill smooth 100 grit will do the job. Apply the new grip tape in 3 inch sections so it wont effect the flex thats what I did and it worked great.
One of the best borads.
Eric on 09/13/12This board is the smoothest ride I have a had in a long time. It's light, flexible, and will fly down any hill with ease. My only complaint is that the spray grip that it cam with wear down to fast, but a couple strips of grip tape fixed it up just fine. Best board ever and I recommend it to everyone!
